Does FuAttract ship internationally?

We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this.

How long does my order take to arrive?
  • Order Processing: 2-5 Business Days.

Is there free shipping?

We offer enjoy free shipping on orders over USD 69.99. Otherwise, Premium Shipping costs USD 6.

How to track my order ?

If you place an order successfully, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. The order confirmation email was sent to the email address, which you used for your order.  Then if the item is shipped, you also will immediately receive a shipping email.

What should I do if my package is missing?

If you haven't received your order yet or it's lost in transit with the carrier, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at
contact@mail.fuattract.com. We're here to assist you and provide the necessary help.

Why is my order late?

Please visit our Shipping Information page to double-check the estimated delivery time for your country. Occasionally, there may be unexpected delays beyond our control, but we’re doing everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.

If your estimated delivery date has passed, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page with your order number handy, so we can investigate the status of your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

What is FuAttract’s return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase**damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.Please note you may return most FuAttract items (unused) in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is not included. Shipping costs and additional service charges such as gift wrap are non-refundable.

However, we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.

Please note that after an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Free items from special offers are final sale. Please note that returns and exchanges are not available in this case.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return labels will be provided only for defective products within the policy time.

Return shipping costs vary depending on the product weight, your shipping location, and the express delivery you choose.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 week. All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@mail.fuattract.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@mail.fuattract.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Returns Without Label

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. FuAttract is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.

How do I exchange my order?

You may request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, or choose a completely different style.

Once we receive and process your returned item, we’ll ship out the exchange. Please note that any price difference between items will need to be covered by the customer.

We allow one exchange per order only.

For international customers, return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

How do I apply my discount code?

If you receive an error message, please check that your discount code is valid and hasn’t expired.

Please note, discount codes cannot be combined—only one code can be used per order.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

How do I cancel my order?

As soon as you place your order, we get to work right away—because we know you want your package as soon as possible!

To ensure fast and accurate delivery, we can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed at our warehouse.

If your order has already been handed over to the carrier, unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel it. That’s why it’s important to contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Why Did the Price Change at Checkout?

The prices displayed on our website reflect the cost of the products only. During checkout, additional charges such as delivery fees may be added to your total.

My Payment Was Declined – What Should I Do?

Can I Restring My Bracelet If It Breaks?

Yes, you absolutely can! Follow the steps below to restring your bracelet at home:

🧵 What You’ll Need:
Stretchy elastic cord (preferably in a color similar to your beads)
Scissors or wire clippers
Bead stopper (optional but helpful)
Jewelry glue (for securing the knot)

🔧 Steps to Restring:


1. Choose the Right Elastic Cord
Select a high-quality, stretchy cord that matches the color of your beads.

2. Measure and Cut
Cut a piece of cord that matches your bracelet length, plus at least 3 extra inches on each side to allow space for tying.

3. Pre-Stretch and String
Stretch the cord gently before you begin stringing—this prevents the bracelet from loosening over time. String your beads while the cord is still on the spool and use a bead stopper if available to keep beads from sliding off.

4. Tie a Secure Knot
Use a surgeon’s knot (a square knot with an extra loop) to secure the bracelet. This knot is strong and less likely to slip. For added security, you can tie an extra half knot on top.

5. Secure and Finish
Cut the excess cord and add a small drop of jewelry glue to the knot. If possible, slide the knot inside a bead to hide it—this improves appearance and protects the knot from friction.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Because of the delicate nature of jewelry, any damage caused by wear and tear will not be replaced. Please follow these guidelines listed below to ensure your jewelry will not be damaged.


  • 1.Keep it dry: Getting jewelry wet is always bad. It can lead to cracks, a lack of shine, and water stains. Therefore, always remove your jewelry before swimming, showering or bathing or cleaning with household chemicals.
  • 2.Keep it away from chemicals: This might seem obvious, but you can find harmful chemicals in lotions, perfumes and hairspray. Keep your jewelry away from these products.
  • 3.Put it on last: To avoid chemicals, put your jewelry on last and take it off first.
  • 4.Do not expose leather jewelry to water or any form of moisture, and always make sure your plated jewelry is dry prior to storing—moisture leads to natural tarnish.
  • 5.Know when to take it off: Most people know to take their jewelry off before they go to bed, but forget to remove it when swimming, gardening, cleaning and playing sports.
How Do I Clean My Bracelet?

Taking care of your bracelet helps preserve its beauty and longevity. Here are our recommended cleaning methods based on the type of beads:

For Gemstone Bracelets:


1. Use Warm Water Only
Gently rinse the bracelet with warm water — avoid using detergents or harsh chemicals.

2. Wipe Away Dirt First
If you notice discoloration or buildup, gently wipe the beads with a soft cloth before rinsing.

3. Gently Clean & Dry

Use a soft cloth to lightly scrub the beads, then pat dry with a clean towel.

4. Polish Metal Parts
If your bracelet has metal-plated beads, use a clean, soft cloth to polish them for a subtle shine.

For Wooden or Seed Beads (e.g., Bodhi Beads):


1. Wash Only When Needed
Hand wash gently with warm water or a small amount of mild liquid soap. Rinse and pat dry, then hang to air dry completely.

2. Re-Oil Periodically
To maintain their natural luster, rub a small amount of organic walnut oil, beeswax, or mineral oil into the beads. You can add a drop of essential oil if desired for fragrance.

3. Climate Care
In dry climates, re-oiling every few months is recommended. In other environments, once a year is usually sufficient.

4. Natural Aging is Normal
Over time, wooden and natural seed beads may darken — this is a natural and beautiful part of the aging process.
